Version 2.3 was approved by apple.   The changes include:

• Tap the status bar to scroll to the top of a webpage
• Added option to include a show bookmarks button in fullscreen view (settings->full screen options).
• Added copy to long press options.  This requires iPhone OS 3.0 or higher
• Added option to change the status bar color (settings->status bar options)
